We are currently set up to receive all credit card payments via PayPal. Rest assured PayPal is a safe, confidential method of providing your payment information. Through PayPal, our cart is set up to accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and electronic check payments.

Shipping is calculated at the time of checkout via PayPal. All orders over $100 ship free of charge.
At this time we are only shipping domestic orders. We do plan to expand our shipping methods to include international shipping in the near future.
The standard shipping time for most of our items is 2-4 weeks. Many items ship much sooner, but we request 2-4 weeks to ensure your satisfaction. If a product has a shipping time beyond 4 weeks this will be noted in the product description. Additionally, we will contact you via email once your order is placed to confirm you are prepared for a longer shipping period (typically 6 weeks for items such as bedding, which is made to order).
If you need to receive an order via rush delivery, please contact us prior to placing your order to confirm we can meet your expectations. Return Policy TOP
Nothing is more important to us than your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after this time.
All returns or exchanges must be authorized by Maddy Rose Boutique prior to returning a product. Please contact us to authorize a return or exchange.
Items which are considered acceptable for an exchange include defective pieces (such as broken glass). If you receive a damaged good, please keep it in its original packaging. Once we are notified of such an occurance, we will promptly contact the product designer to have a replacement shipped immediately.
Personalized items may not be returned. This includes clothing, made-to-order bedding, personalized furniture, and Nollie Covers. Due to sanitary restrictions, jewelry also may not be returned.
Clothing that has not been personalized may be exchanged as long as it has not been worn, washed, or damaged in any other way (such as smelling like cigarette smoke or being left outside in the rain). Please remember to keep such items in their original packaging and do not remove the tags.
